Vulnavia Barclay, M.B.A.

Vulnavia Barclay currently serves as the managing director and co-founder of Bambu Fund International Trust KB (BFIT). This women-led financial platform is an autonomous subsidiary of Bambu Fund LLC. With more than two decades in the banking and financial services sector, Vulnavia's expertise lies in financial compliance, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and banking regulations. Vulnavia has been an avid supporter of the Bambu Fund LLC since its inception in 2015 and became a Bambu Fund advisor in 2024.

Throughout her career, Vulnavia has demonstrated a remarkable ability to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency, contributing to the success of numerous esteemed banking institutions. Her leadership abilities have proven valuable in navigating the intricate compliance landscape. Under Vulnavia's guidance, BFIT will provide institutional-grade compliant wealth management tools for legacy and digital assets. The mission of BFIT is to focus on collaborative ventures within the evolving landscape of regulated digital securities. BFIT actively seeks to engage in partnerships with entities like Blockstation and other tokenized transaction platforms.

In addition to her role in the realm of finance, Vulnavia serves as a life coach and speaker, inspiring others to overcome obstacles and achieve their personal and professional goals. Dedicated to continuous learning, she holds a B.S. in Sociology from Jacksonville University’s College of Arts & Sciences in Jacksonville, Fla. and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Davis College of Business & Technology, Jacksonville University. Vulnavia's leadership skills have earned her respect within the banking and financial services community. Her contributions have impacted the organizations she has engaged with, solidifying her reputation as a knowledgeable professional in her field.
