Richina J. Lukes-Milledge, AGPCNP, MSN, MBA

Richina J. Lukes-Milledge is a nurse practitioner and board-certified in aesthetics with more than 18 years of experience as a nurse leader and educator. Richina specializes in wellness and aesthetics with expertise in hospital emergency rooms, dialysis units, home care settings, building and managing case management programs, staff development, training programs, and maintaining customer satisfaction and retention for reputable health care organizations, including United Healthcare and AARP. Richina gained a special interest in skincare and health and wellness during her successful fight against breast cancer. Richina has served as a consultant for the Bambu Fund LLC since 2019, became a Bambu Fund advisor in 2020, and in 2023 joined Bambu’s senior advisor group.

Richina is CEO of L’Èlite MediSpa Inc, a medical spa that offers a variety of health, wellness and aesthetic services. L’Èlite MediSpa is a primary training site for laser treatments for the Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) Esthetics Programs, led by Richina and her team. Richina has served as a dialysis nurse educator at NYU Winthrop Hospital in Mineola, N.Y., Metropolitan Hospital Center in East Harlem, N.Y., New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, N.Y. and various chronic dialysis centers. Richina is a Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Basic Life Support (BLS) instructor with the American Heart Association. For more than 10 years, Richina has served as a national director of Medicare and Medicaid Case Management, where she led a team of more than 140 nurses, social workers and community health workers.

Richina completed a Master of Science in Nursing degree at Walden University, Minneapolis, Minn. and Nurse Practitioner and Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Certification in Conn. and N.Y. She earned her M.B.A from Western Governor’s University, Salt Lake City, Utah and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Hunter College in New York City. Richina obtained many certifications in various wellness and aesthetic services, including IV Vitamin Infusions, Bioidentical Hormones, Botox, Dermal Fillers, PRP, Body Contouring and Lymphatic Drainage. Richina has been an active participant and volunteer in professional organizations, such as the American Nurses Association, American Nephrology Nurses Association, Commission for Case Manager Certification, and American Med Spa Association.
