Re'Shane L. Lonzo, M.B.A.

Re'Shane L. Lonzo has nearly two decades of experience as CEO of DRM International Learning Center (DRM ILC), a state licensed health care training facility. Her experiences also include owning and managing a private home care agency, assisted living facilities and 18 years of curriculum development. She is proficient in budget development, risk management assessment and managing corporate compliance strategies. Mrs. Lonzo promotes the understanding of regional, state, national and global issues regarding Alzheimer’s and dementia care. Committed to developing leaders, she provides performance improvement strategies in her company and clients’ organizations. Re'Shane has served as a consultant for the Bambu Fund LLC since 2017, became a Bambu Fund advisor in 2019 and a senior advisor in 2021

As CEO, Re’Shane allocates resources for DRM ILC plus provides guidance and advisement to staff in program planning, implementation and evaluation. She supports the attainment of student learning objectives in all programs and services provided by DRM ILC including the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Program and the CNAplus™ Program. Re’Shane completes ongoing assessments of DRM ILC programs and services to impact the quality of students' educational experiences and interaction with their peers as well as the community at large. Prior to starting DRM’s entities, Re’Shane was an Educational Specialist and instructor with Lansing Community College and the Lansing School District in Lansing, Mich. She was planning to utilize her Criminal Justice degree as an employee with the Michigan Department of Corrections.

Re'Shane is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Ariz. She earned her M.B.A. from Northwood University’s Richard DeVos Graduate School of Management in Midland, Mich. At Michigan State University in East Lansing, Mich. Re’Shane received a B.A. in Criminal Justice. With a commitment to her community to ensure that she is always giving back, Re’Shane is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., a charter and board member of the Lansing Black Chamber of Commerce; and member of the Michigan Black Chamber of Commerce, National Business League, Michigan Brain Injury Association, National Association for Career Women, Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce, and National Association of Home Care & Hospice.
