Anthony D. Eisenberg, Esq.

Anthony D. Eisenberg is a seasoned finance professional. Tony is a founding partner of the mental health focused venture capital fund Palo Santo and is an officer and director in two public companies – ACAH and ACAB. A licensed attorney in the New York Bar, Tony sits on the board of advisors to Move Systems. Tony has extensive expertise in socially responsible investing and has served as an advisor of the Bambu Fund LLC since 2019.

Tony began his career as a lobbyist at Patton Boggs before moving on to the DC based research group, Marwood Group. Transitioning from policy to finance, Tony later worked at the hedge fund Christopher Robb and Company before running investments for the Tappan Street Group. At Arctaris, Tony was instrumental in helping build the firm’s flagship Pure Michigan Fund, a public-private partnership with the State of Michigan and US Treasury. Tony was the most senior managing director at the fund and helped the firm double in size. Tony is also a partner and co-head of the investment committee for Alpha Wolfe, a venture fund whose investments include MeUndies, Move System, Kung Fu Saloon and Broadway Roulette.

Tony earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School in Ann Arbor, Mich., his M.B.A. from Georgetown University in Washington, DC and a B.B.A. with honors from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Fla. While at Georgetown, he did a consulting project for the BOVESpa, a Brazilian stock exchange. He is an investor in a company that seeks alternative medical treatments to various mental health conditions. He is active with myriad charities including the Detroit Music Hall, Education Reform Now and Depression Research.
